  1. Project Timeline: The Party agrees to engage in the accepted proposal's mentioned services for a minimum period of two (2) months [if Website Development] to allow sufficient time for the implementation and assessment of strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  2. Duration: The initial term of this agreement is [specify duration, e.g., two months], with the option for renewal.
  3. We started the work after client accepting the terms.
  4. Technical Errors: Catchy Peak is not responsible for any other technical errors (e.g., virus or hack) on respected platforms.
  5. Intellectual Property Rights: Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights associated with the website, including design elements, will be transferred to the Party.
  6. Payment Terms: 50% due upon signing this agreement, with the remaining 50% due on the starting date of the project.
  7. Minimum Service Period: The minimum time period will be three months, and the client needs to inform us one month in advance to end or cancel any of our service.
  8. Billing: The bill will be generated automatically on the updated dates. If the client delays providing the content, it will not be considered a valid reason to change the bill date.
  9. Database or Server Transfer: After the completion of the three-year mandatory maintenance period, the Company will assist in the transfer of databases or servers related to the website, if applicable, to a designated entity or platform chosen by the Party.
  10. Timely Responses: The client must respond promptly to our requests for approval or feedback to avoid delays in content execution.
  11. SEO Support: For local and website SEO, the client must provide all requested information and server access as needed by our SEO team. Delays in providing access will affect SEO performance.
  12. Server and Admin Access: The client must transfer server and website admin access within two hours of the request. Failure to do so will hinder our ability to manage the site effectively.
  13. Client Responsibility: If the client fails to provide the required assets or access, the agency is not responsible for any impact on overall performance.
  14. Team Collaboration: Both the client and the agency must work together to ensure business growth and success.
  15. Additional Work Policy: If clients request additional work that exceeds the commitments outlined in the initial quotation provided during the meeting, CP reserves the right to terminate the work after settling with the client. In such cases, CP will refund 80% of the amount paid by the client as the balance. 20% of the amount will be retained by CP to cover the services already rendered and administrative costs. CP will only refund the balance amount for the remaining service period.
  16. Annual Website Maintenance: Minimum three years of annual website maintenance is compulsory, starting with three months of free AMC. This includes updates, security checks, backups, and technical support.
  17. Non-Refundable Termination: In the event of termination, payments made by the Party prior to the termination date are non-refundable. The Company shall be entitled to compensation for work completed up to the termination date.
  18. Website Renewal Payments: Annual renewal is required, ranging from 25%-35% of the total website development charge, subject to market conditions.
  19. Advertisement Results: Effectiveness depends on allocated budget, platform, and niche.
  20. Digital Marketing Results: Results may take 8-12 months and depend on factors including Google algorithm changes.
  21. Ad Costs: These are not included in the budget and must be added directly by the client.
  22. Support Hours: Call support is available from 10 AM to 5 PM.
  23. Communication: A WhatsApp group will be created for ongoing discussions.
  24. Real-Time Content: The client must provide real-time materials such as photos, videos, and reviews for local SEO optimization.
  25. Algorithm Updates: The client must cooperate with requests to maintain rankings.
  26. Project Initiation: The project will begin within 5-10 working days.
  27. Lead Management: Leads and WhatsApp messages should be directed to the client's mobile phone.
  28. Deliverables: Monthly deliverables, including Reels and ads, will be executed as planned.
  29. Revisions: Two rounds of website revisions are included; additional revisions will incur extra charges.
