At Catchy Peak, we value transparency and fair business practices. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Service Initiation

All services are initiated only after the client accepts the terms and conditions and completes the required payment as agreed. Once the work has started, the policy outlined below will apply.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made toward monthly packages, digital marketing services, website development, SEO, SMM, and AMC services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

Digital marketing services require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

Website AMC services require a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months.

Clients must provide prior written notice:

Failure to follow the notice period will result in no refund.

4. Additional Work Beyond Scope

If the client requests additional work beyond the scope mentioned in the initial quotation shared during the meeting, the Company reserves the right to discontinue the work after settling with the client. In such cases, the Company will refund only the balance amount for the remaining service period. No refund will be provided for the services already completed.

5. Delays from Client Side

Delays caused by the client, including but not limited to:

6. Advertisement & Platform Costs

Advertisement budgets are not included in service charges and are paid directly by the client to the respective platforms. Any results or losses related to ad spend are non-refundable.

7. External Platform Responsibility

The company shall not be held responsible for:
