Refund & Return Policy

At Catchy Peak, we follow transparent and fair business practices. Clients are requested to read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making any payment for our services.

1. Service Initiation

All services are initiated only after the client accepts the Terms and Conditions and completes the required payment as agreed. Once the payment is made and work has started, this policy comes into effect.

2. Strict No Refund Policy

Once the payment is completed, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

All payments made towards monthly packages, digital marketing services, website development, SEO, SMM, AMC services, advertisements, or any other service provided by Catchy Peak are non-refundable once paid, regardless of service usage, results, or termination.

3. Termination & Outstanding Payments

In the event of termination:

• Any payments made prior to the termination date shall remain non-refundable.
• The company shall be entitled to compensation for all work completed up to the termination date.
• The client is responsible for clearing any outstanding dues up to the termination date, calculated on a prorated basis based on work completed.

4. Minimum Commitment & Cancellation

Digital marketing services require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

Website AMC services require a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months.

Clients must provide written notice:

• One (1) month in advance for digital marketing services.
• Two (2) months in advance for Website AMC services.

Failure to comply with the minimum commitment or notice period does not qualify for any refund.

5. Additional Work Beyond Scope

If the client requests additional work beyond the scope mentioned in the initial quotation shared during the meeting, such work will be charged separately.

No refund will be provided for services already completed or payments already made.

6. Delays from Client Side

Delays caused by the client, including but not limited to:

• Late shoot support
• Delay in providing credentials
• Delay in approvals
• Delay in providing advance or payment

will not be considered valid reasons for refunds, payment reversals, or billing date changes.

7. Advertisement & Platform Costs

Advertisement budgets are not included in service charges and are paid directly by the client to the respective platforms.

Any results, losses, or performance issues related to advertisement spend are strictly non-refundable.

8. External Platform Responsibility

The company shall not be held responsible for:

• Algorithm changes
• Platform policy updates
• Technical issues such as hacks or viruses beyond implemented safety measures

No refunds will be issued for issues arising beyond the scope of our commitments.

9. Refund Processing

As this is a strict no-refund policy, refund processing does not apply once payment is completed. We will definitely complete the process as committed.
