Terms and Conditions – Catchy Peak Digital Marketing Agency

Work will commence only after the client accepts these Terms and Conditions.
A dedicated WhatsApp group will be created for all project communications. Discussions outside this group will not be considered valid.
Both the client and agency must collaborate to ensure business growth and success.
Any additional charges will be determined by mutual agreement.
Catchy Peak may use project results as social proof on its website or social media (e.g., case study, extra...).
Catchy Peak is not responsible for technical issues beyond the scope of services (e.g., platform outages, hacks, or viruses).

Monthly Packages: 100% payment is required.
Website & SMM Services: 50% upfront, remaining balance within 30 days of the bill date.
Non-Refundable Termination: Payments made before termination are non-refundable. The agency is entitled to compensation for work completed up to termination.
Additional Work: Requests beyond the initial scope may incur charges. Catchy Peak reserves the right to terminate the work after settling with the client. In such cases, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded, and 20% retained to cover services already rendered.

Projects will begin within 5–10 working days after initiation.
Clients must respond promptly to requests for approval or feedback to avoid delays.
Billing is generated automatically on scheduled dates. Delays in providing content will not change the billing date.

Project Duration: Minimum engagement of two months, with an option for renewal.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all IP rights, including design elements, are transferred to the client.
Minimum Website Maintenance: Compulsory three-year annual maintenance, starting with three months free AMC (includes updates, security checks, backups, and technical support).
Server/Admin Access: Clients must provide server and website admin access within two hours of the request.
Website Renewal Payments: Annual renewal is required (25–35% of total development charges, subject to market conditions).
Revisions: Two rounds of revisions included; additional revisions incur extra charges.
Database/Server Transfer: After three years, the agency will assist with transferring databases or servers to the client’s chosen platform.

Clients must provide all requested assets and server access for local or website SEO.
Cooperation is required for algorithm updates to maintain rankings.
Delays or lack of required access may affect performance, for which the agency is not responsible.

Results may take 8–12 months and vary due to platform algorithm changes.
A monthly content calendar will be provided. Timely feedback and support from the client are essential.
Clients must provide real-time content (photos, videos, posters, and reviews) to achieve better results.
Additional content or Reels beyond the planned scope will be discussed and billed monthly.

Results depend on budget, platform, and niche.
Ad costs are not included and must be directly added to the client’s ad account.
Leads, calls, and WhatsApp messages will be sent to the client’s mobile number; lead conversion is the client’s responsibility.
Monthly deliverables, including designed Reels and ads, will be executed as scheduled.
If clients are dissatisfied with results, strategies may be revised, and additional content may incur extra charges.
